Closed beta requests

The public beta form processes your email address, optional name, selected use case, optional context, chosen language, and the time and version of your consent. Do not submit application documents, voice data or other sensitive information in this form.

We use this information only to review your request manually, ask relevant follow-up questions and — after an explicit administrator decision — create a personal invitation. It is not used for marketing. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Access is limited to authorised administrators and technical service providers where required for hosting and email delivery. A request does not automatically create an account or an invitation.

Retention, withdrawal and deletion

Requests that do not lead to an invitation are deleted no later than 180 days after submission. If an invitation is issued, the link between request and invitation is retained only as required for access, security and evidence of consent.

You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect by emailing lucas@letterlaine.de. We will stop reviewing the request and delete it unless legal obligations or necessary security records require limited further retention. Processing completed before withdrawal remains lawful.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
